Ray has been the General Manager at Lone Tree Cemetery since January 2017. He has been in the Cemetery industry since 2006.

Ray graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BS in Business Administration.  Ray and his wife have three daughters. They are wine enthusiasts, and enjoy trips to Napa to experience various wineries. Ray also is a certified USA Swim Official, and enjoys officiating both USA swimming and High School swim meets.

Deb keeps the office running smoothly. When she speaks with families, she listens to their questions compassionately and helps them as best she can. If she doesn't know an answer, she will find someone who does.

Deb lives nearby and walks to the cemetery every day. She has a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

She treasures family and friends, especially her three adult children. In addition, Deb collects vintage objects and marvels at their beauty and design.

Mai has been with Lone Tree Cemetery since 2013. She works in the accounting and human resources department. Born in Vietnam, Mai moved to the Bay Area at a young age. She speaks conversational Vietnamese and Cantonese. She is married and has two lovely children.

Bobby grew up going to Lone Tree for Memorial Day.

Now he has family members buried at Lone Tree Cemetery.

"It has always been a beautiful, very well-run cemetery and being able to help ensure that legacy continues is an honor."

Ron serves the Hayward and East Bay Communities.

He uses his attorney background to work with other Board Members to maintain and improve Lone Tree Cemetery's excellent service.

Currently, Craig handles real estate and business consulting

He enjoys the collaboration with other Board Members to tackle issues and solve problems by overseeing the establishment of a strong team of caring individuals who enjoy their work.

Chabot College Business Law, US Davis Turf Grass certificate and Landscape Management.

George feels privileged to be on the Board of this beautiful asset in the Hayward hills.

He gives suggestions pertaining to landscaping, ground and equipment needs, and pursuing ways to make this "diamond" shine brighter.

B.S. in Marketing/Media Studies with Graduate work in Psychology/Cultural Studies.

Behind the scenes planning, Hal plays a key role in Lone Tree’s success.

He knows the Board has made a moral and financial commitment to our community.

Winnie Chan was born and raised in Hong Kong, one of the most scenic cities in the world. Winnie is a fun-loving, friendly, and thoughtful person who is always willing to help and try her best, much like her favorite childhood character, Winnie the Pooh.

Winnie speaks three languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She started at Lone Tree Cemetery in 2010 and has provided excellent services to families ever since. During her free time, Winnie enjoys making dessert, listening to music, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Chris is an Army Veteran who was born and raised in Southern California. Chris graduated from Woodbury University with a BSBA degree and advanced studies at Woodbury Graduate School of Business.

Chris has an extensive organizational background, from being a General Manager of a $25M import/export heavy lifting component company to being President/CEO of a statewide manufacturing/direct sales home improvement company. Chris is also an officer of the Native Son of the Golden West, a fraternal service organization, parlor #113.

Chris is married and has three children and four grandchildren. He has been a cemetery consultant for more than twenty-five years.

Daniel Flores

In addition to preplanning, Daniel serves families who have had a loss.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Having grown up in Union City, California, Daniel is now married with a beautiful wife, 3 children, dog and a cat. They are a baseball family and his younger brother plays professionally with the Houston Astros.

Manuel Belloso has been at Lone Tree Cemetery since July 2011. He is a part of the Park Services staff and pre-need sales team. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Manuel is an active sports player and likes the outdoors. He is a big Star Wars fan. His goal is to take a cruise to Alaska.

He enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Ben is a Bay Area native and lives in Danville with his wife, their children, and the family dog. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, working in the yard, taking scenic drives, listening to good music, eating good food, drinking good drinks, and contemplating life’s great mysteries and other philosophical questions. Ben dreams of designing and building a custom home for his family.

Roberto Belloso

Roberto began working for Lone Tree Cemetery in 1986. He is the leader of the Park Service Team. He spends his weekends with his family, which includes his grandchildren.

His favorite activities are walking and biking, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his dog. When Roberto gets an opportunity to take a vacation, he goes to Mexico or Yosemite.

Octavio began working at Lone Tree Cemetery in July 2001. He always greets everyone with a smile.

His favorite activities include walking and playing soccer with his 14-year-old son. Octavio is also the Lone Tree Cemetery staff BBQ specialist.

When he gets a chance, he enjoys a vacation in Mexico. He looks forward to spending time with family and dreams of retiring and relaxing in Mexico.

Martin Pacheco

Martin has been a member of the park service staff since March 2001. Martin spends his free time working around the house and shares his home repair knowledge with us at Lone Tree.

Martin likes to travel and someday would like to see Europe. He looks forward to continued good health and spending time with his family and dog.

José Velasquez

José joined the park service staff in May 2006. José likes to relax and watch television at home after work. He looks forward to spending time with his friends and traveling to Mexico and other vacation getaways.

We are honored to host our traditional, in person, Memorial Day Program this year. We cherish this coming together to remember U.S. Military personnel who have died while serving the United States of America.
